Consent to Immediate Access and Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal

1. Your statutory right of withdrawal.

Because you are purchasing digital content online, you normally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of entering into it, without giving a reason.

2. Immediate access.

The Program is digital content supplied not on a tangible medium. We make it available to you immediately after your purchase so you can begin right away.

3. Your express consent and acknowledgement.

By completing your purchase and ticking the box below, you (a) expressly request that we begin supplying the digital content and make the Program available to you immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired; and (b) acknowledge that, once we have given you access, you lose your right to withdraw from this contract.

4. What this does not affect.

This consent concerns only your right of withdrawal. It does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is defective or does not conform to the contract, nor any other mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.

5. Record.

We keep a dated record of this consent, including the exact wording and document version you agreed to.
